This notice explains how DESSIGNE LLC handles information in connection with the Gecko Lift website and its internal Amazon advertising integration.

1. Who we are
DESSIGNE LLC is the legal entity responsible for the customer-facing Gecko Lift brand and this website. AzVentures is the display name of DESSIGNE LLC's Amazon Ads advertiser account.
In this notice, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean DESSIGNE LLC.
Internal business use
2. Amazon authorization and Ads API data
Login with Amazon authorization is used only to let the administrator of DESSIGNE LLC's own AzVentures advertiser account approve an internal connection to the Amazon Ads API. It is not a public sign-in feature for Gecko Lift shoppers.
If Amazon approves the integration and the account administrator authorizes it, the integration may access information made available under the approved advertising and reporting scopes. This may include advertiser-account and campaign information, delivery and performance metrics, and advertising-attributed conversion and sales reporting.
DESSIGNE LLC will use any data received through the integration only for its own Amazon Ads reporting, attributed-sales measurement, return-on-ad-spend analysis, and campaign optimization for Gecko Lift. The integration is not offered as a service to clients, customers, or other third parties.
Amazon manages the Amazon sign-in and consent process. DESSIGNE LLC does not ask the account administrator to provide an Amazon password to Gecko Lift.
3. Information handled on this website
Contact form
If you use the Email form, you provide your name, email address, subject, and message. The site sends that information through Resend to deliver your inquiry to us and to send a receipt to the email address you provided.
Gecko Bot
If you use Gecko Bot, your message and recent conversation are sent to Google's Gemini service to generate a response. The conversation shown in your browser is held in page memory and clears when the page is reloaded.
Amazon product links
The Buy on Amazon links take you to Amazon. Information you provide or actions you take after leaving geckolift.info are handled under Amazon's own notices and terms.
4. Services involved and retention
Amazon provides the authorization service and, once approved and authorized, the Amazon Ads API data described above. Resend processes contact-form information to deliver email. Google's Gemini service processes Gecko Bot messages to generate replies.
Vercel hosts this website and its API routes. The website requests its Lexend and Manrope font files from Google Fonts when a page loads. Those services receive the technical request information needed to deliver the website or font files.
The current website application does not define an automatic deletion schedule. Contact submissions are delivered into email systems. Gecko Bot does not save the visible conversation in browser storage, but messages sent to the bot are processed by Google. The internal Amazon integration is still being onboarded, so this notice does not claim a fixed retention period or a storage system for Amazon Ads API data that has not yet been implemented. This notice also does not state a retention period for service-provider logs that is not defined by this application.
5. Your choices
You may choose not to use the contact form or Gecko Bot. Avoid sending confidential information, passwords, or Amazon credentials through either feature.
The AzVentures account administrator may decline or revoke the Amazon authorization using the controls Amazon makes available.
